Pain Free at Last

I’ve had periodic pain in upper arm for several years. PT didn’t help. At night I’d toss &turn because of the discomfort. Something in the write up about this pillow made me decide to order it and am I ever glad it did! Beginning the very first night of use my arm didn’t hurt when sleeping on that side. No more tossing and turning! And my neck…..I didn’t even know I had an issue there….but in the mornings my neck isn’t stiff and I have better movement. Been snoring for years

Been snoring for years, at least one marriage failed because of it. Had the pillow a snore free week before a holiday in Spain where l snore for the whole week been back two snore free nights. WISH I'D HAD THIS THIRTY YEARS AGO.

The pillow works !

When I first opened the pillow I was dubious as it felt very hard and I was not sure I could sleep on it . Also there were no instructions as to which way the Pillow should be used . I looked at photos on the internet and found a well concealed instruction as to which way it goes for side sleepers and back sleepers and tried it . After couple of nights I got used to it and now am extremely happy with it . My husband says I am no longer snoring - his moaning about this being the main reason I bought it .
Would recommend specific instructions be included in the package . I think a booklet was promised when I ordered but none was enclosed.
Also supposed to be good for your neck and though I did not have neck problems I can see that it would benefit those who do as it keeps you in line very well .

I absolutely HAD to try this pillow!

I absolutely HAD to try this pillow! My husband kept insusting that I needed a CPAP machine, like himself. I was reluctant to go in for testing, to see if it was really necessary. Flash forward to learing about this pillow. I gave it a try. My snoring reduced greatly! I'm not totally snore free but by gosh, it is so much better! I'm waking up in the morning better rested. Happy wife, happy life!
