Comes rolled up, i don’t think anything actually orthopaedic would come rolled & vacuumed, but it is a very comfortable pillow, helps with neck pain somewhat
Very good cushion, very comfortable and good quality. Since I sleep with it, I do not get up with neck pain. I recommend it, for me it is excellent!
